A modern extension and renovation to a classic Queenslander. This lovely old dame was refreshed by extending the kitchen out and adding a spacious entertainer's deck to the rear of the house. We installed a brand-new modern kitchen and renewed the existing floors by sanding and varnishing the hardwood floors.
This classic two bedroom workers cottage needed a complete face lift when we first met with the owner. We worked in partnership with this owner to re-do the kitchen and bathrooms with modern tiles and fixtures. The floors were sanded and varnished. A deck was added to the back of the house to increase the floor space and livability of this old beauty. And the house was painted inside and out, as well as landscaping being completed to add to the street appeal.
This Victorian home was completely ruined by smoke damage and partially burned down prior to the renovation. We renewed this house by replacing all the damaged structure and plaster, painting the interior walls, sanding & varnishing the original timber floorboards and repairing the facade and roof. This house needed a lot of work, but it was well worth it to see so many buyers at the auction!
The owners of this modest home approached us to renovate their house prior to selling it in a hot market. It was in desperate need of a refresh. We worked closely with the client to plan an updated kitchen layout with new cabinetry and an island bench to increase surface space. The bathroom was completely renovated with modern fixtures. Lastly the main bedroom and living areas were extended to make them more spacious and bright.
